A still image, taken from a video footage shows the motorcade carrying former Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev, who earlier surrendered to security forces at his compound in the village of Koy Tash, near the headquarters of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Interior Affairs in the capital Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Atambayev on August 8 surrendered to law enforcement after a two-day standoff between special police units that stormed his residence and his supporters who defended it.
