Doctors help to wounded law enforcement officers in a hospital in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, after an assault on the residence of the former Kyrgyz president Almazbek Atambayev. Kyrgyz security forces stormed the house of former president Almazbek Atambayev on August 7 but Atambayev’s supporters have surrounded the residence and repulsed an attack capturing several police officers and preventing the ex-president from being captured.
