Members of the Vietnamese Diaspora greet Vietnamese Navy's Kuang Chung frigate as she arrives in the Far Eastern port of Vladivostok, Russia. Kuang Chung has arrived for a friendly visit for the first time in the history of bilateral relations between Russia and Vietnam. The frigate will take part in the Russian Navy Day parade on July 27.
