

In this handout photo released by Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, members of emergency service remove debris of destroyed wooden houses in the town of Tulun after a heavy flood that has recently hit Russia's Irkutsk Region, southern Siberia. A cyclone struck the region on June 25, after torrential rains overflowed local rivers, already filled with water coming from the mountains. 18 people have been killed, 13 are missing and more than 200 people were taken to hospitals.
