Destroyed wooden houses are pictured in the town of Tulun after a heavy flood that has recently hit Russia's Irkutsk Region, southern Siberia. A cyclone struck the region on June 25, after torrential rains overflowed local rivers, already filled with water coming from the mountains. 20 people have been killed, 8 are missing and more than 220 people were taken to hospitals.
