A man carries flowers before the funeral of the people killed by a partial collapse of a residential building, supposedly caused by a natural gas explosion, in Magnitogorsk, Russia. About 6 a.m. local time on December 31 a bloc of the 10-storey building in Magnitogorsk collapsed damaging 48 apartments. According to Russian Emergencies Situations Ministry, the bodies of all 39 victims have been identified.
