Sergei Fokin, COO of the Russian Geographical Society's Undersea Research Center and Deputy Head of the Russian Defense Ministry's Expedition Center, during a debriefing before the diving. Together with the Russian Defence Ministry, the Russian Geographical Society's Undersea Research Center is carries out the Gogland underwater research expedition to search and study objects that had sunk in the waters near the Gulf of Finland's outer islands.
