Copy of the drawing by the cartoonist group Kukryniksy "Delirium of the Volkischer Beobachter", 1936. The drawing appeared as a response to an article in the Nazi Volkischer Beobachter newspaper charging the Soviet ambassador to Belgium Yevgenyi Rubinin of "red espionage". In addition, the newspaper confused the ambassador's surname.
