Czechoslovak SSR. Hranice na Morave. Echelon of missile units equipped with OTR-22 (SS-12) tactical missiles is ready to leave for the USSR. The Soviet Government made this decision even before the Soviet-US Treaty on the Elimination of Intermediate-Range and Shorter-Range Missiles entered in force.
