

A Russian-made Ka-50 Black Shark single-seat attack helicopter on display at the Gromov Flight Research Institute airfield during the MAKS-95 International Aerospace Show held from August 22 through August 27, 1995. The machine was developed by a team led by Sergei Mikheev at the Kamov Design Bureau. The helicopter's designation is to destroy armored and soft ground targets, air targets and personnel. The MAKS-95 air show featured 160 plus aircraft presented by over 400 companies including around 100 foreign ones from 23 countries, and was attended by more than 500,000 people.
