The Order of Service to Fatherland. It is awarded to citizens for particularly outstanding services rendered to the state and connected with the development of Russian statehood, labour achievements, the strengthening of peace, friendship and cooperation between peoples, for a considerable contribution to the defense of the Fatherland.
