Transprogress special design bureau is the head organization of the Transprogress Republican Production Association for Pipeline Container Pheumatic Vehicles under the RSFSR Council of Ministers. Research and trial facilities are located at the Transprogress Orekhovo-Zuyevo Test Mechanical Engineering Plant. Carrier of pneumatic vehicle is expected to be assembled.
