Lake Heviz is unique both in terms of its size and the chemical composition of water. The lake's square is 4.7 hectares. The water renews itself every 28 hours entirely, and its temperature is constant (33-35 C), which allows bathing even in winter. In the winter, when the air temperature goes down, there is steam above the lake.
