The 1814-1815 Vienna Congress of European states sealed Germany and Italy's political fragmentation, and divided the Warsaw Duchy between Russia, Prussia, and Austria. At the Vienna Congress, Russia was represented by Count Nesselrode, Duke Razumovsky, and Count Shtakelberg. Reprint from the Rodina magazine.
