Playing cards with Afghan drugs markings demonstrated in the State Duma by Victor Ivanov, Head of the Russian Drugs Control Agency. The State Duma adopted a resolution on May 6th demanding that NATO and UN should take urgent measures to counter drug trafficking from Afghanistan.
