April 22, 2009. During his visit to the Ryazan Higher Airborne School (RVVDKU), named after General Vasily Margelov, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev laid flowers at an obelisk to RVVDKU graduates who died defending the Fatherland in local and armed conflicts.
