Flea markets selling used goods will open in every municipal district. Previously, such markets had existed in some districts. Underprivileged and disabled persons and retirees will be able to sell their goods at flea markets. Eligible vendors must obtain certificates from social-security agencies and must show their retiree or disabled-person IDs or any other IDs to authorities. It is forbidden to sell underwear, bedlinen, socks hosiery, chidren's underwear, summer footwear and slippers at such fairs. Flea markets and weekend fairs will open near residential areas, helping Muscovites to save on rtansport fares.
