Road connection on dam D-3 from the northern to the southern shores of the Gulf of Finland allows traffic to move along the entire complex of coastal engineering. The connection of dam D-3 with the shipping passage SP-1 was inaugurated today. St. Petersburg's complex of coastal engineering consists of 11 dams, six culverts and two shipping passages.
