Detention Facility No. 1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service's Moscow Directorate, where a Timiryazevsky District Court off-site hearing on the change of pre-trial restrictions in the armed assault case involving wheelchair user Anton Mamayev took place. The court changed the pre-trial restrictive measure from detention to a recognizance not to leave. Mamayev will be released from the detention facility shortly.
