On September 7, 1994, an explosion occurred in building No.19 on Sormovskaya Street, Moscow's Vykhino District, which housed the Russian University of Economics, a police passport office and Sovremennik sports club. 7 people were killed and 44 injured. The Emergency Ministry's employees work at an explosion site.
