The personal sign of Major General Kulakov during the event to break ground for the Alley of Heroes at the Burning Land in the village of Geroiskoye near the Parus Eltigen Troops Memorial. Participants planted 147 personal trees dedicated to the Soviet Heroes who participated in the battle for liberation of Kerch.
