

Vitaly Primakov (1897-1937) was a professional revolutionary. He joined the Communist Party in 1914 and commanded Red Cossacks during the 1918-1920 Civil War. In 1925-1926, a military adviser in China and a military attache to Afghanistan and Japan. Was repressed and rehabilitated after his death.
