Great Patriotic War veteran Georgy Tkachenko, a member of the Strategic Missile Force Council and Chairman of the Committee of Guerrillas in the Desnianskyi District of Kiev. Since the age of 12, Tkachenko served with the Special-Purpose Guerrilla Unit in Ukraine.
