Patrick Maisonneuve, a lawyer for the International Monetary Fund (IMF) managing director Christine Lagarde, is seen after a court hearing where Ms. Largarde was found guilty in negligence trial after approving Bernard Tapie settlement as France's finance minister. Christine Lagarde is charged with abusing her authority when in 2008 a €404m payout was made to Bernard Tapie, a French tycoon and businessman close to former French president Nicolas Sarkozy.
