Armored personnel carriers are seen before the special operation near the seized police station in the district of Erebuni in Armenia's capital Yerevan. On July 17, a group of armed men seized the police station demanding to free Jirair Sefilian, an arrested opposition politician, participant in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and leader of the New Armenia Public Salvation Front, who is charged with illegal purchase and possession of firearms.
