Former Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Ella Pamfilova and State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin at the Duma plenary meeting. At it its Friday session the Duma passed a resolution on the early release of Pamfilova from her duties of the commissioner in connection with her new job at the Central Election Committee.
