Soyuz Gas Pipeline from Orenburg to the western border of the USSR was constructed in collaboration with the member countries of the Council for Mutual Economic Aid (CMEA): Bulgaria, Hungary, German Democratic Republic, Poland, Romania and Czechoslovakia. A purification plant near the town of Gusyatin, Ternopolsky District, at the construction site monitored by the specialists from the People's Republic of Hungary.
