Officers of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations pour hot water into a man's vacuum flask in an EMERCOM life sustenance camp set up in the town of Shchyolkino in the north-east of Crimea. The town was left without electricity after the failure of power supply from the territory of Ukraine.
