The Russian state flag and the flag of St. Petersburg are flown half mast on St. Petersburg Duma building on the national day of mourning for the victims of Kogalymavia's Airbus A321 passenger airliner. Flight 9268 was traveling to St. Petersburg from the city of Sharm El-Sheikh and crashed in the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt on October 31, 2015.
