The Moscow Kremlin's Armoury Chamber. Monomakh's Cap which was handed down by Russian tsars and is the oldest relic of the Armoury Chamber. The Cap is dated late 13th- early 14th centuries. It is composed of eight gold sectors ornamented with a scrolled overlay of filigree and inlaid with pearls and bright precious stones.
