Great Patriotic War veteran Mikhail Chernyshov shows an auger-type swamp buggy of his own design that he is assembling in his garage at his place in the village of Ordynka in the Nobosibirsk Region. During the war Chernyshov served in a high-speed air regiment that flew bombers from the United States to the USSR on landlease. After the war he served in Kamcharka until 1952.
