The monument to the 2th Artillery Battery in the Shevardino Redoubt, a foremost fortification of the Russian army near the village of Shevardino in September 1812. The monument was designed by architect Leonid Sologub and erected in 1912 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Patriotic War of 1812. The Borodino Field Museum-Reserve.
