Berkut policemen enter the territory of Lugansk State University of Internal Affairs by which parents of cadets are holding a rally demanding that their children be allowed to go home instead of being sent to the Kharkov and Kiev regions under the excuse of practical training. Berkut policemen have established control over premises with personal records of cadets and let them spend vacations at home as their parents asked.
