A cadet from Lugansk State University of Internal Affairs leaves the territory of this institution. Parents of cadents held a rally demanding that their children be allowed to go home instead of being sent to the Kharkov and Kiev regions under the excuse of practical training. Berkut policemen established control over premises with personal records of cadets and let them spend vacations at home as their parents asked.
