Alexander Khryakov was appointed minister of information and mass media during a congress of deputies of the Donetsk People's Republic held at the Donetsk regional state administration's building. Cabinet ministers of the Donetsk People's Republic government were appointed during the third meeting of the republic's Supreme Council.
