Former vice governor of the Chelyabinsk Region Andrei Tretyakov, who assaulted a flight attendant aboard a Globus Airlines Boeing-737 en route from Krasnoyarsk to Moscow, seen in the Ob court, Novosibirsk Region. Tretyakov was arrested by the court, where pre-trial detention measures against him are currently being considered.
