Men wishing to be granted Georgian citizenship at the residence of the incumbent president Mikheil Saakashvili in Tbilisi. Less than two weeks before the end of his term, Saakashvili announced that anyone wishing to be granted Georgian citizenship may apply for one via a simplified procedure.
