Defendant Alexander Kulagin during the verdict announcement in the case of murder of Anya Shkaptsova at the Bryansk Regional Court (shot through glass). The court found the girl's father guilty of the murder and of her fictitious kidnapping and sentenced him to 19 years of prison. The mother was found guilty of failure to give assistance in mortal danger and making a false denunciation and sentenced to four years and three months in penal colony.
