Statues of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson, by Russian sculptor Andrei Orlov, were unveiled on the British Embassy premises in Moscow for the 120th publication anniversary of "A Study in Scarlet", Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's first Sherlock Holmes story. Sitting with Dr. Watson during the gala is Vasily Livanov, OBE and People's Actor of Russia. Her Majesty Elizabeth II conferred the Order on him for the best-ever enactment of the great detective.
