Russia's only Gipsy school functioning at the house of the local Gipsy baron (ringleader). Many of the 30 pupils in the first form can neither read nor count (only with the help of their fingers). They are aged from 7 to 14, with four of them already married, and learn only Russian and mathematics. Attendance is free with no hometasks.
