Veteran Soviet/Russian and world ice-hockey teams met at the Red Square skating rink in Moscow in the evening December 9. The match ended with a draw, 10-10. Igor Larionov of the Russian team is interviewed after the game, in which he struck three goals. Larionov was national champion in 1982-89, world champion in 1982, 1983, 1986 and 1989, European champion in 1982, 1983, 1985-87 and 1989, and Winter Olympic champion in 1984 and 1988. He won the Canada Cup in 1981, and held the Stanley Cup three times.
