The Foreign Ministers of six countries, i.e. the Soviet Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the German Democratic Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany sign treaty on the unification of both German states in the presence of U.S.S.R. President Mikhail Gorbachev.
