Russian President Vladimir Putin (left) and Major Oleg Kogutnitsky, commander of the helicopter squadron at the 393rd Army Aviation base of the Air Force and Air Defense 4th Command in the Southern Military District, was awarded the Order of Courage, at the ceremony awarding certificates of honor in Khabarovsk, with the title "City of military glory" and state awards in the Kremlin.
