Sergei Belov holds the ball in a U.S.S.R.-U.S. meet during the 6th world basketball championship in 1970. One of the best-known 20th century Russian and European basketball stars, the FIBA qualifies Belov as the best player of all time. He was the first European to appear in the Basketball Hall of Fame museum.
