Police detain a supporter of ex candidate for Astrakhan's mayor Oleg Shein during a "spontaneous" rally confronting the police cordon around the Astrakhan Region Duma building. Oleg Shein and leader of A Just Russia Party Sergey Mironov agreed to the police requirement to meet with local legislators there without other supporters of the hunger strikers.
