Law enforcement cordoning off the building of the Astrakhan Region Duma are pushing off supporters of ex candidate for Astrakhan's mayor Oleg Shein. Leader of A Just Russia Party Sergey Mironov and Oleg Shein agreed with the police requirement to meet with local legislators there without the other hunger strikers.
