But the parliament's session was cancelled. A bill regulating the construction of multipurpose compounds was passed by the parliament on November 11. On November 15, a coordination council formed to resolve the political crisis called for the resignation of President Aslan Bzhania. The president refused to step down and left for his home village of Tamishi. On November 16, the opposition called on its supporters to reconvene.
