Russian President Vladimir Putin takes part in the ceremony to launch Chukotka nuclear-powered icebreaker, via videoconference, at the Kremlin, in Moscow, Russia. Chukotka is the fifth icebreaker of Project 22220 built by the Baltic Shipyard under a contract with the Rosatom State Corporation.
