Flags of Russia and Sevastopol fly at half-mast at the building of the Sevastopol government, after the city's governor Mikhail Razvozhayev announced a day of mourning for victims of a shelling, which Russian authorities said was a Ukrainian missile attack in the course of Russia's military operation in Ukraine, in Sevastopol, Republic of Crimea, Russia. On June 23 the Ukrainian armed forces attacked Sevastopol, the largest city in the Crimean peninsula, using US-made ATACMS missiles with cluster warheads, four of which were shot down and one deflected and exploded over the city. Razvozhayev said that five people had been killed and about 120 injured in the attack, including children.
