In this handout video grab released by Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB), law enforcement officers detain a member of a 5-man intelligence group set up by Ukraine's Defence Intelligence Service (DIU) and Security Service (SBU) to carry out sabotage and terrorist acts against servicemen of Russia's Black Sea Fleet and the region's military, transport and energy facilities, in Sevastopol, Republic of Crimea, Russia. During the search, security officers found three caches of explosives, three ready-to-use improvised explosive devices, UK-made plastic explosives totalling about 5 kg, 600 grams of TNT, military-grade electric and radio-controlled detonators.
